Today I got the fresh water fill box and 30 amp shore power plug installed:

And installed the TV antenna plug, the 10 gauge wiring from the shore power plug to the RV power center location, and roughed in a 120v outlet. Completely finished one wall of insulation and got my paneling back in place. I finally feel like I'm making progress.

Good luck to you. If you're anything like me, I thought this would be easy. :? It's taking me three times as long as I originally thought. Insulating, so far, was the worst. It just didn't seem like I was making any progress. Once the walls starting going back on I felt a little better.

So, in 7 hours today I got pretty much all of the wiring roughed in, all the plywood walls in place, and a couple sheets of luann up on the ceiling. While I worked away at the wiring and wall panels my wife built interior cabinets and painted the ceiling panels.

Wife putting together cabinets:

LED wiring and switch (in the knot in the panel on the left side):

Switches at the door for porch light and half the rear cargo area:

All the wiring roughed in. I had to shim the interior panel of the air conditioner to allow access for the electrical wiring:

A couple ceiling panels in. I need to buy some additional screws.

Got the TV antenna installed today. Putzed around with cleaning, connecting the switch wiring and installing an outlet.

Finally finished my ceiling! The wife doesn't like the white and is thinking about doing some type of decorative painting on it. I've got to get the majority of the interior finished this weekend as the wife says no more half days of work.

They hold plastic bins. They're from Ikea.

http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S69006387/ The bins will be painted to match the carpet / curtains. I'll be adding a system to keep the bins in place while moving. Most likely a small strap over each opening, buttoned or velcroed in place.

Got the RV power center completely wired. Finished wiring the air conditioner. Tested it out by plugging my 100 foot ungrounded 14 gauge extension cord into my 15 amp GFCI garage outlet and running, via a pigtail, to my 25 foot 30 amp power cord. Surprisingly the one 110 outlet I have wired, the one 12v light I have wired, and the air conditioner all worked! Didn't blow a breaker, didn't trip a GFCI...it just worked! Air conditioner even blew cold air!

My wife was excited to see what her freshly painted bins looked like with the shelves:
