Ducting around AC

Ready to place the AC. Looking for some ideas about how to duct around the AC exhaust. I know I need to isolate the exhaust from the AC, but I have a fair amount of space with an irregular space to cover. Any ideas? Insulation, insulation and tin, etc. ?

I would look thru Flboys thread at his a/c project. I believe he used the poly foam borad to seperate everything.

You should be able to use the polyiso foam. It's easy to work with and get snug fits, then tape and/or glue in place. You are just guiding and separating the intake and exhaust. You just don't want that air to mix with the cabin air that has been treated.
