The Decision Is In - No Shower

Thanks to everyone for their, thoughts, comments & advice about shower/no shower. We decided to build a closet to house the porta potty that could be converted to a wet bath in the future. You'll see in the pictures that I created a closet that is 31 x 31 inside with a bit of the "V" in the center. On the left (looking in) will be a storage closet accessible from the toilet room. If it ever becomes a shower, it will take a custom made pan, re-routing some electrical and closing up the storage door opening. I framed the face of the storage area so a door opening can be cut into should the need arise. I also inset the door frame so the sofa can be a slide out. A child would be able to sleep on it. By building it like this, I have 65" for a sofa on the driver's side and 37" for a small kitchen area on the passenger side. Trim and clear coat the area tomorrow, then start on the kitchenette.

There you go. Making something useful now and leaving future options open without major reconstruction. Good luck with the rest of your build.
