Cleaning skin of trailer

Hi guys. Summer is a comin and I’d like to clean and polish the outside of my trailer( goes faster) It’s a neo trailer with a silver skin and stainless steel fenders. Any thoughts,links, products for polishing the skin and the same for the stainless steel

That should work great for my aluminum parts of the trailer..What about the skin of the trailer..Mines is a silver color but I'm pretty sure it is just a printed skin on aluminum..Any thoughts on that..Was going to try a straight wax to see if that would work as it works on cars
