A Scary TD Story.................

Postby b.bodemer » Wed Oct 31, 2007 8:14 pm

The weather here in Cleveland was perfect today...high 60's so I knew we'd have plenty of neighborhood kids coming by for candy tonight.

I stopped at the video store and rented Young Frankenstein and then rolled the td to the bottom of the driveway.

Rose and I had a blast handing out candy while enjoying bits and pieces of a movie!

Hey......I'll use any excuse to pull out the td!

Cool idea Barb. 8)

I would never think of doing anything like that. But then our driveway is about 40 ft long. Too many wild and crazy kids around here and we would probably get our TD egged. :(

Besides that, I think it is around 45-50 degrees out right now, so we would turn into pumpkincicles.

I no longer have my teardrop but a friend and I are taking our vintage trailers to Dockweiler Beach in LA for Thanksgiving and fixing turkey at the beach. Any locals or visitors are welcome to join us.

It will look like this:

You should not have any problems finding TURKEYS at a beach in LA! :D I've spent many a day at that beach also.

Fortunately it is 15 minutes from my house so I can go home to sleep.
For the unaware, this beach is directly below the flight path of the jets taking off at LAX. Noisy?? Oh, yeah.
But it is one of the few, maybe the only, trailer parks in side LA, Most are out in the hinterlands.
