Paddling for Santa

Postby Sonetpro » Sun Dec 09, 2007 5:53 pm

I went to our newbie seminar this weekend. BTB III. Turn out wasn't great because of the forcast off shore of 4-5' breakers. Well it turned out they were wrong and it was 2-3' Great weekend but a bit chilly. This event sponsored paddling for Santa to raise money for kids for xmas.
I didn't catch a fish but had a blast going with the newbies and taking pic's of their first fish offshore from a kayak.

Here's some pic's.

Dang! Those fish are almost bigger than the boat! Right now if I fished out of my kayak I would have to drill holes through the ice and I wouldn't be able to paddle very far. Maybe slide a little.
