Hey Kurt ,,, try makin waffles or pancakes using Jiffy cornbread mix. you won't get the real crunchy skin you may like , but the flavor is very good. I've been using it for years & the kids prefer that over bisquick or regular mix. Sometime &I put vanilla extract in the mix also , & sometimes a little cinamin See ya campin in the spring!!!
