Bought a couple of DO 10 and 12 they wer commemorative Lweis and Clark additions. Just curious if anyone has used that brand before.
My Idea of plans are a tape measure, a saw and a dream.

I have a 12" Camp Chef Lewis & Clark commemorative DO...the only 'camp oven' I own. I really like it...and the lid makes terrific pizza. I found it this summer on sale at Dick's Sporting Goods.

I have two and the only thing I DON'T like about them is that the commemorative "stuff" on the top makes it a greater chore to clean than the Lodge.

I'll grab a Lodge before the L&C. Other wise it's excellent.

at the IDOS convention i bought a bottle of camp chef cast iron conditioner. I use it instead of crisco. I love it. It works great and not as greasy.
dont have any camp chef cast iron (yet). As long as it is fairly smooth and the lid fits tight it should be fine

I also have 2 of these dutch ovens. I just us a stiff scrub brush on the lid to get rid if the ash. It takes 95% off.

Yep, they are one of the top names. I have a combination of Lodge and Camp Chef ovens. In fact I just picked up a 16" CC Grizzley oven. It'll be just right for a big ol' batch of cinnamon rolls.

I've never been a dutch oven snob, so unless it's got a hole in the bottom I'll cook in it!
