I bought a Maca and got a custom lid on it. The lid was cast here...the oven body....India. Doug

I had heard that but I couldn't remember if it was Maca or not. Camp Chef ovens are also cast overseas.

Camp Chef ovens are made in China...
Maca's are made in India, except the 22" and all custom lids.
BTW-Nobody does a nicer custom lid than our very own George Boyett. :thumbsup:

Rocky, I'm good thanks been busy.

Dean, thanks for the kind words, I like this Texas DO but its certainlly not cheap and they only have it in 14" but it is a nice looking oven I would probable buy a 10 or 12"

Dean mentioned a link for the products of Texaloy in Floresville, Texas. Does anybody have one of the 14" DO's? I bought one at a weak moment, for the size and where it came from.
