I have a 14" deep (go figure) and it's a great oven. I use it a lot for bread or when I cook a lot of food for a pot luck.

Well, whatever you do, don't buy the Cabela-labelled one at Cabela's. I looked at all the Cabela's DOs, and they all had warped lids.

After doing two prime ribs I still had salt left. So I broke down and bought one of these 14" deep DO's.

Don't want that salt to be wasted you know. :lol:
