14" lodge

Postby doitright » Wed Jan 09, 2008 10:43 pm

I went to a yard sale and got a 14" lodge DO for $3.00 used only once and was a very easy clean up. I do not have much of a use for one this big but just could not pass it up. When camping in the rear door Scotty it is just my wife and I.

I cant believe your good luck! Wow unbelievable! I was just saying how happy I was to get a 14" deep for $80. You will find a use for it. At gatherings you will use it for the potlucks.

Great deal. I paid $65 for mine and I use it more than the 8", 10" or 12". I make a potato recipe that people love and that fills up the 14" nicely.

As Steve says, yes it is. I finished up the latest batch night before last. It's a great change from all that dinner cooking, when you don't have the time. And it's very good, too.
