I know I'm on a cast iron moratorium, but I'd sure like to see one.
It's a one quart and actually measures 6 5/8" across.

The photo on Amazon is a 12" Lodge on the 6" listing. I did some searching the other day & could not find any more info on it.

Danny, Dean is talking about 6" dutch oven that holds 1 quart. I ordered one but they won't ship till the first of february. I sure hope their not delayed.

Dean, Joannie says theirs a moritorium, but I'm sure she just want's to surprize you with one as a gift........yea thats it. :twisted:

I can only hope... Although... Now that the paperwork is done from my former business, my office is going to become a room for cast iron.
When I get it all moved into there and all the kitchen cupboards along with the kitchen floor are void of cast iron, it really won't seem that I have as much... :yes:

Twentyish, but almost half of them are the dinky ones...
Between the galley display shelf in the teardrop for the minature stuff and leaving some skillets in the kitchen, I'll be able to hide the rest in the office and you woulnd't even know I owned a dutch oven, unless you knew me...
Oh what the hey... I say you can never have enough cast iron.
Besides Joan... That oven comes out in February and you know what happens in February, Huh? :worship:
