DO table

Postby Gaston » Sat May 31, 2008 3:40 pm

Got tired of cooking on an old grill on bricks on the ground . So I built a DO table to day. 3/4 angle frame, /58 sq tube legs and 1/8" aluminum plate top. weights in at 15lbs, about the same as the old bricks.

Boy, that sure is light. Mine, while very nice, weighs a ton. Wish it was aluminum.

Hey! I don't remember you being a CI guy?!?!? Welcome to the Dark Side. Great job on that table by the way. Any chance you could post some of the details over on the camp-cook list? I'm sure those folks would be equally interested in hearing about it!

See you at the IRG!

How long did it take you to build? A day? Wonderful--be sure to bring it to the IRG so you can show/share it.
