Yep, I saw that show last night. Cindi was saying that we had to try those recipes. They sound yummy! :twisted:

Sorry I didn't catch the show but clafoutis has been seen and cooked by quite a few cast iron chefs at camp-cook.com. There are a lot of variations posted. My favorite being chocolate and strawberries.

Clafoutis is a great easy recipe for beginners!
