Those tall legs are made for cooking in a fire pit! Nice piece of iron! Doug

Will the cast iron madness ever stop?
Will there be a point where there is nothing new to buy?
Is it possible to have too much cast iron?
Is there a support group and when do they meet?

I cannot believe the prices on those! I am definitely going to order one. They look like they would be great!!

Doug,
I quit going to the weekly meetings.

RGirl,
I don't have the large size for cooking, but did buy a pair of the mini ones when I was getting going at first...
Mike B. had a pair of them at the second Dam Gathering I attended and I just had to have a pair too.
They're salt and pepper shakers.

I've had one for years, it actually sits besides my wood stove and holds tinder and kindling for lighting stove..... To many cooking vessels to use all of them for cooking....

GOOGLE search tuns up many sizes and shapes....

RGirl,
A group to support the use of, by all means... But to abstain from?... No Way!!!
I'm heading over to the valley tomorrow for two weeks of out of town work.
My most important item to take along?... A Camp Oven!!!
Gonna show my co-workers how to eat better on the road.

8) Penny, I believe I may have told you that this group is NOT just teardroppers....it's a front. This is a group of Potluck Addicts who are co-dependent on cast iron. Remember when I first met you I mentioned I never leave home and teardrop without my stretchy pants?? Now you see why.
