This Item was in some of my dads camping stuff.
GE Automatic Grill.

My dad had another one that was different but I have not found it I'll
do some more digging for it in the next few days.

Weren't those GE Grills designed to go on top of electric heating elements of a stove?

I'm pretty sure that you are correct.

I figure next time we hit the road with the teardrop I'll take it with us & see how it works on my gas 4 burner stove w/ oven.
