Today on the Martha Stewart Show, the show was all about cast iron. She even had the president of Lodge Cast Iron on. He said it is okay to wash your cast iron with hot soapy water. This show will rerun on Monday 3/19 @ 1:00 pm EST on the Hallmark channel.
