I finally received the little cookbook and I have been thru a bunch of cookbooks on outdoor grilling, dutch oven cooking, and have two of the three that were available on this forum.

However recipe for recipe this is the best little book I have ever thumbed thru. I have read each and every recipe and they are all something I would serve at a gathering. Good simple fair that is down home and rather easy with excellent inside and outside instructions. If you are a beginner dutch oven cook GET THIS BOOK, I wish I had found it 4 years ago.
