I tried frying an egg on one of them there perforated skillets they kept drippin into the fire.

Bacon wasn't too bad though if you don't mind the flare ups from the drippin' grease.

:laughing1: That's just plain funny Bob Henry. I only see the cheap pot metal kind around here. I wouldn't mind having one or two of the cast iron kind.

Bob Henry, now I wouldn't be a bragging about trying to use em for cookin' . somebody might just git the wrong idea. but I have heated one up then put a cooked pancake on it and let the design sear into the face of it. made a nice design for company!!!!


Dawn I have been collecting them for 30 years. It was fun but expensive..........

Thank you Bonnie, people come over and want to know what they are then when they find out they are antiques they are really impressed, My first one was my grandmothers.
