Slow
I let it soak a little bit with water, sometime heat up the water a little bit and use plastic scraper or scrub brush, it should come right off. You can also use salt as an abrasive. Then re-coat with oil.

Our Scout troop uses a scrubber made from loosely crumpled aluminum foil. Another option is to stir some hot coals in it then oil it back up. But I have found that heating water in it and scraping with a bamboo spatula works quite well.

Having something stick every now and then just happens. Hot water and a little scrubing is all it takes to fix it. Then go back to work and put a good season on it. It would have never have stuck if it had a good season on it. With all my pans and pots I like to deep fry in them a few times after seasoning. But my wife tells me all the time her egg pan is for eggs only same with her cornbread pan!
