Yep, done my 3 original pans, my new rescued pan and a neighbor's pan for her. Pans are like glass. Fresh oil has a bit of a fish smell that goes away. Did the full 6 times thru. When cleaning all I do is wipe out with a paper towel, if anything sticks, scrape with a hard plastic pan scrapper. On the rare occasion I use warm water, no soap and a "blue" non-scratch 3m sponge to wipe it out. After cleaning, on to the stove for a few minutes then a couple drops of oil and wipe it around, leave on stove for a few more minutes and leave to cool.

Guess I need to get on board with cast iron stuff. So I'll need a primer on rescuing old, rusty pans. I have a few as yard art I can experiment with! :D

My only dilemma is, what to do with the Gotham Stainless pan set. Hahaha
