Great, thank you for the info. :applause: Am getting my inflatible ready to go and am going to get it out on the lake. Brought it to the 15th Dam gathering and didn't even put it in the water.
Thanks again and will be there with an Oar in hand.
Bruce :)

Hi Guy,
Thanks a lot for making the effort to find us.
Yep, we sold the teardrop but TD #2 is almost finished and what is not done will have to wait until after we see you at Applegate.

Newbie Question?

Postby John S. » Sat Jul 25, 2009 3:11 pm

Hello,
I'd like to get to the August gathering with my newly built teardrop. Do I have to register or something? Just show up?
Anything I should bring other than the obvious?
Thanks, look forward to meeting you all.

Will anyone be upset with me if I bring my 5th wheel trailer instead of the teardrop??
We will be camping at Timothy Lake on the 3rd and 4th and I dont know if I can get the Teardrop "dug out" in time. It might be easier to just pull down from Timothy lake and make a week of it.
Either way Linda and I will try to see you all there

Just show up

Postby Guy » Wed Jul 29, 2009 11:33 am

Dear All,

Just show up no res needed. I have already paid for the entire RV area. Settle up later.

We will be at the HArt Tish Campground right by the general store. he campground is located on upper Applegate Road just 15 miles off Hwy 238 in ruch turnoff is 150 yds west of the Ruch Market. Hwy 238 runs between Medford and Grants Pass so whichever route you take you can get onto 238. The Hart Tish Campground is 15.1 miles from Ruch. and just past and above ABOVE THE DAM. The actual address is 15111 Upper Applegate Road. PLEASE NOTE google maps has the wrong address. We are on the same road as what goole says just 10 miles further south.

Here is a correct goole maps link to the exact site

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=42.051161,-123.125228&t=h&sll=42.053546,-123.123515&sspn=0.006295,0.006295&hl=en&ie=UTF8&ll=42.051262,-123.124997&spn=0.000821,0.00228&z=19&iwloc=near
GPS locater 42.051262,-123.124997

We have the beach all to ourselves and the water temp todaay is 82 degrees. The bass and trout fishing is good so bring your gear if you want. If have also taken care of some kayaks or you can bring some floaties, we have air pumps so you do not have to pack those. We can get electric to anyone needing Cpac machines or other needs.

We will have a traditional Pot luck on Saturday. If you need anything special or need specific direction you can leave a message for me or ask at the HartTish general Store right in the campground. The number is 541-899-9220.
Regards,

Guy

Hey everyone...I'm Kay...a new member and plan on joining you up at Applegate lake. I just returned from the coast on my first trip. Had a blast at Mill Creek Campground in the Redwood National Forest. She pulled great....my very first time towing...yikes!

I put in a request at work to get Friday off... It'll be the last weekend I have the kids before school starts.
Will either be there on Friday or Saturday.
Gene Barker is gonna be heading up too.
