Motor added to bike

Postby southpennrailroad » Fri Mar 19, 2010 5:20 am

I am almost finished adding the Skylark motor to my bike. Just have to tighten the gas tank and move some wires and put the gas hose on. The hose they gave is not easy to add onto the carb. so I will replace it with regular gas hose. They provided a rubbery hose which is tough to connect and I will use clamps on the replacement hose as the hose they gave has no clamps. The electric wires need moved a bit so they don't get hot and burn from the exhaust pipe near them. I am getting ready now for a trip to Conn from Trafford, Pa. to install some windows in my girlfriends girlfriends house in Conn. Will take pictures and put them up later next week. Looks great. Haven't run it yet.
Long time researching the abandoned South Pennsylvania Railroad along the Pennsylvania Turnpike. God will guide me. As he has done so in the past. southpennrailroad.com

These are awesome, but here in the UK, I am sure you would get loked up as it is a dangerour motorcycle.
But I love that too.
Greetings from England.

Rian.

Hoping to get it all done in time.
