Anyone else feel "SURLY"?

How many Surly owners do we have? I only own one and it's a Long Haul Trucker 62cm frame in sage green AKA olive drab with a tubus cargo rear rack. I must admit It's the least expensive of my bikes, but theirs just somthing magical about this one.

Just bought a new Raleigh this past year, so it will be awhile before I can convince my hubby that I "need" another bike (I have 3), but I would love for my next one to be a Long Haul Trucker.

Ahhhh, the bike want? need? continuum! See, you don't even need to "cross a line" from one to the other. If you want it, you need it (at some level). :)

I've got some snowcat rims coming. I know they are not Large Marge, but they need to fit into a MTB frame!

I'll post pics when I've got something to show!

actually as far as fat bike rims go.. the Large Marges are pretty narrow..

We have recently just sold 4 Pugsleys at the shop. I got to see one of the Black Ops models today.. It was pretty sweet.

I've got a ~2000 Crosscheck. I really like the wider CX rims/tires for our rough chipseal roads, but these days it probably does more miles on rollers in the house than outside... if the weather's nice, I'm usually riding dirt.

Good to see I'm not the only one bikehoarding. :lol: I like the humble bicycle, Get's Me were I need to go with a great boost to both mental/physical health.

definitely a hoarder here.. my wife and I have over 30 bikes. We are culling the heard a little.. I just stripped on for parts..and a few are for sale..

although there are more on the yet to acquire list also... :lol:
