Bob,
Since the shelves aren't accessible until the table folds down anyway...
Have a larger side hinged [appropriate strength] door as the outside face/cover of the
center cabinet [that you could mount a flat screen TV on] from which, behind it the
table folds down as shown in your pic.
-Or-
Mount a track on the ceiling flush against the top cabinet(s) face frame rail
and suspend a panel or a two side armed frame of some sort that'd support
a flat screen TV mounting bracket. Just slide it aside to fold down the table
and slide it back to the center again to the center position [that seems to me
where you indicated it'd be.] when done to use that way.
Just a couple of fast ideas on it...
Cheers,

P.S.
Make sure the lower center "door" panel has a frame within the lower "door" frame
for a side opening door(s) so that you have access to the shelves behind it when
the table is closed up. It doesn't look like there is access in that position now
until the lower "door" panel tilts forward at its base to support the table top -
unless the lower door tilts out hinged from the bottom for access purposes when the
table is closed. If that is the case I'd think that would be awkward to use in a
smaller confined space even though it might be a little easier to build.
