Coolest "Motorhome" Ever!

Postby jgrote » Mon Apr 21, 2014 10:00 pm

I saw this today while driving through a town called Loveland. I wish I could have gotten a better pic, but the light turned green and he was off before I had a chance. Hope you all enjoy. :D

It looks like one of the Hippie Eras [1960s-1970s] home made house-trucks.

I would love to have a old truck to build a tiny house on. the patina works for that setup.

A Change of Seasons is a 1980 American dramedy film directed by Richard Lang. It stars Anthony Hopkins, Shirley MacLaine and Bo Derek.

Plot[edit]When fortysomething Karen Evans discovers her arrogantly self-centered professor husband Adam is having an affair with student Lindsey Rutledge, she retaliates by having a dalliance of her own with young, philosophical campus carpenter Pete Lachappelle. Adam is infuriated when he learns about his wife's new relationship, and she in turn defends her right to enjoy the same carnal pleasures he does. The four decide to share a Vermont ski house, where their efforts to behave like liberal adults are tested by middle-aged angst, hurt feelings, and teenager Kasey Evans, who unexpectedly arrives to confront her parents with their outrageous behavior.

I have scoured the internet for a picture or two of the young carpenters house on a truck in this movie. It was a true work of art. I guess I will have to rent the movie and get some still shots off of the screen. I would really like to duplicate it to the best of my ability.

My idea of that would be the interior would rival a million dollar motor home with a late model Cummin's drive train for go power. Of course all the hidden feature's like auto level jack's, generator, etc. ....That would fool em!

Sort of off topic,.. I tried a search, got sidetracked, and found an interesting story about an interesting guy that spent much of his life travelling and camping.

Thats Xvonjon's house truck. He lives in it full time and traveled around the states with it. If you type in Xvonjon on instagram you can find more photos of his house truck.
