Make sure you research this option well. That's a Pet Cool, which has been used to varying success by several Teardroppers. Seems like Climate Right has been going in and out of business for years. I really doubt the unit has enough capacity to cool your tiny house, even if it's well insulated. Mine was an older 2000 btuh and it wouldn't keep up on 90+ day, cooling a 4'x8' TD. They're also $$$$$.

Do a forum search on "Pet Cool"...

Damn that's flying. A few windows and you are livable. See you found the zip panel. It's great stuff!

When are we gonna see inside. I got a lot of cabinets for inside from the salvage dealer right there in Delphi.

P.S. vanities work well as mini base cabinets and save valuable floor space.

These were all vanity base cabinets and tops.............Image

Long time no update!

I have been working as much as possible on the house, and have missed my April 1 move in date by a large margin already. Now we are hoping for may 1. I am preparing a large photo update once the interior is furninshed!

Very nice! Where are you parked? Did you have trouble with zoning?

We are parked in a secluded lot north of Lafayette Indiana. our county doesn't have a building dept so we are off the radar so to speak
