Now.

The thing is. There are very professional gentleman on this Lil Vintage forum. They know what they are doing. Such as Doug and Jeremy.

I admire there teachings and instructions. Nobody will in real life do as the above writings have stated.

Always safety 1st. Dont know somthing ask. As I have done.

To us this entire Lantern Thing is totally new. And certainly would not leave the canister near as that. Nor leave the glass on the Lantern or the Hood.

Again Doug and Jeremy thank you for all your instructions and teachings.

We admire you dearly.

That Was A Good One!!!
Heikkster,
I was getting ready to reply by asking if you'd be interested in getting into vintage flashlights instead... Then Doug spilled the beans on us.
Man you did a great job playing along with the Dougster, acting all dumb... You don't know how many times I mumbled to myself what an idiot you were.

For those of you that think that pic was photo shopped...that's not the case. The flames were real, done with a rope soaked in chainsaw mix and suspended from a wire overhead just behind the lantern, the fuel can was an empty. ;) Doug

You are good Doug. In more ways than one.    Laughing yes. Laughing all day. Humor is what is needed in life.
And a bit of craziness. And that we have. And those that dont. What can I say.

Well, of course it was a prank.

Everyone knows it takes at least 700 pumps and Everclear to get a Coleman lantern lighted. Or is that lit?

Or maybe just a smidge of Tequila?
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.
