What year is this?

I happened on an old antique store that was closing down. It had been closed since 1980 when the owner passed on. His grandsons have their own collections of stuff and want to move to other things. I picked up two things but did not see any cast iron.

Stove: Coleman Model 10 also called the "Gypsy" dates to Sept 1927.

Great Find!!! :thumbsup:
...materials can no longer be purchaced at quite those prices mentioned here!

Wow! Now what do I do? I almost hate to admit it but the $12 was for the stove AND the flashlight.

I think I have to disagree with shopfabricator.
This is the model 10:

Notice the wing & legs are different.

I believe this is a Model 2D stove manufactured by Coleman in 1928-29 as seen here:

Either way it is a great find.

Thanks Jeremy,
The side wings look more like the second one. Later this evening I will be posting more pictures to the flicker site listed in the first note.
You will get a much better idea about the wind screen etc. Unless I am just seeing rust it looks like it was painted red originally.
