Another Lantern Burning Gas

Just finished up my '69 228F rebuild. Working great. Joins up with my 200A. Now I gotta get started on the stoves...

Good looking set. I got a 200A and a 228E, and the 228 needs a complete overhaul. Hope it turns out as good as your F did. I like your pool better than mine too. Mine is only 6' across!
Nice job!

VERY nice re-builds, but one suggestion I would make is to cut yourself some metal screen matierial to fit over the inside of the lighting holes. The exhaust holes fry them bigguns up immediately, but the intake holes let the BIG June Bugs in and they will destroy both mantles...in less time than it took me to write this :x

Call Andrew Zimmeran and sell the flash-zapped bugs to him to help defray the cost of new mantles. Screen is cheaper, though ;)
