Coleman Decals

This may have been addressed before, but has anyone tried to salvage the old Coleman decals from your projects if they're in good shape?

Can it be done?

Is it worth doing?

Haven't tried but it seemed it was easier to replace them even though they might not be exact replicas

Most decals on the lanterns and stove are "water tranfer" decals like you use on models, not stickers. They will not come off in one piece.

On my Sears 2 burner stove I re-painted, I just masked over the decal before I painted. I worked pretty good.
