Too late Alan....fired it up...it takes a while to get the gen full of fuel on these when they are completely dry, no springs in them, it's an aluminum tube packed with asbestos. I kept a flame at the mantle the whole time till it fired up so I didn't have any major flare ups. They are really touchy on the pressure, too much and it's a flare up...yup...that did happen shortly after I got it running, got too anxious on the knob. Really makes a different sound. Now that I have a Korean War vintage lantern...gotta find a WW2 and a Vietnam era one! Doug

Thanks Jeremy....once you get the gennie up to temp, you can put a lot more pressure in the tank for it. Wonder how it will be on fuel economy....yeah...like I care!!! :lol: Doug
