Why would I want to coddle my eggs. Seems pointless if you're gonna crack em anyways.  8)

What the hell are coddled eggs???

I'd imagine they would Dennis, and you could do up a bunch, depending on the size of your coddling collection. I'm going to try cooking flan in mine, similar technique using water....that would be a killer dessert out camping, just can't feed an army out of one dutch oven though. Doug

Dean:
You say that like it's a bad thing. Can't beat good food while camping. Always trying something new.
BTW, I met Doug at ITG 2, so I consider myself an old friend.

Tom,
Nope... Not meant as a bad thing at all.
I'm with yaa on the good food while camping thing...
Just having some fun... It's great to see Doug exanding his culinary skills and I'm sure if Doug went all out on a new chef's outfit, it would be pretty unique.

Dean:
If Doug is just half as good a cook as he is a trailer builder, you guys in CA are eating good. Besides anyone who likes catfish is OK in my book.
You're lucky to live so close to the master.
I bet you're a good cook too. I have yet to meet a teardropper that doesn't make good food. :applause:

I can stumble through on the cooking, but Dean is the master when it comes to that! However...I have seen him stick a waffle! I've yet to see a teardropper go hungry out here. Doug

Doug,
Are you sure that wasn't TDN that stuck the waffle?
I remember having to soak the Heart Star for her.

Tom,
If you can make the IRG in July 2010, I promise you'll have a great time...
Besides all the dutch oven meals, we also do a deep pit barbeque too.
Would be great to meet you.
