We are at a campground where another camper has a model 411 for sale, fair condition, $35, are they rare or valuable, can I make a profit on it? Oops, shouldn't have said what I would pay for it if I try to resell it here. :o

I haven't seen one in the wild to purchase or have seen one at all. A quick check on a Coleman dating site indicates that they are "researching" that particular stove. To me that indicates that there aren't that many of them out there. I was unable to pick up a rough date on it, without doing a lot of research on the Coleman site in their archives. Sorry, can't do that now...getting packed for the IRG. You could offer him 20$ and see if he wants to haul it home or not. Doug

Thanks Doug, I passed on the stove, instead we sold some of our extra camping stuff and came home with more money than we started with, plus camped with a dozen other vintage trailers, a good weekend :D Bob

A Coleman 411 stove is a dual burner Canadian model stove.
Good stove but pretty common.
