flea marketing yesterday was a great day ...

200a lanter with case ( 11/77 ) for 20.00
camp oven unused in box ( 5/91 ) for 15.00
425e used once ( 11/72 ) for 5.00

and the best >>
a kamp kook stove in great shape for 15.00

the kamp kook lit right up after cleaning generator tube
it is a heavy beast though ....

guessing mid 60's . is that the correct age for the stove /
it does lite up and burn nice
not to be confused with alexk from california

the 200a cleaned up , new fuel cap gasket . generator cleaned and air tube debugged .
and we have light .............YEA :D

Hey, ya done good. I like those Kamp Kook stoves even if they are a bit fiddly to get the wind wings set up. I like cooking on the left for a change. ;)

Alex I had a camp cook just like the one you now own. It is a real good burner. The cool thing about that stove is it has a bullet proof cast iron burner and it sounds like a jet engine when it goes. Very nice. If I remember correctly the seal on the pump can be replaced by a simple black "O" ring from the hardware store.
