Guess I'll just be a probationary member for now.

Just acquired my first 3-burner.... a 426C. Haven't fired her up yet, but she'll at least get a good cleaning!

Opps. I did it again

I really did not mean to. Kinda wanted a beater 426B to use. Why, I do not know as I seldom use more than one burner on my 425 I have in the TD. Saw this and used a sniping tool. Decided I really should not at this time so I deleted the snipe. About 2 hours later I get a congratulations I had won it. I guess I missed some confirmation screen or something. Bought it at 12:15pm Dec 11 my time. Item in Visalia CA. Post carrier handed it to me just before 12noon my time Dec 13th. Less than two days. USPS must have really been using the whip on those horses.

So now I have 4 three hollers. Maybe I should build 3 hole outhouse.

Oh, the fuel cap on it now is an extra I have with a good gasket. The original cap has bad gasket and I am out of them until next shipment from USPS.

It burns pretty good. could use a little cleaning up. I might get a set of cheap body hammers and start knocking some dents out of some stoves. Or not.

She's a beauty. Tank looks small. Is that because it is a three burner, or the year, or ?

I have not compared it to my 426Ds but it is a larger diameter than other tanks. Some day soon I am going to take photos of a different stove I got a couple weeks back that has a huge tank for the size of the stove.

Thank you for that Randy. I don't recall having seen the stubby fat one before (ba ding bah... rim shot).

I know this will be hard to believe but I got even more handsome over the winter.

It is a Preway 403. From other dated stoves on Terry's sight I would say it was made late 1930's or so. So now I have five 3 burners. Is there a shrink that will barter Colemans for treatment?

I did a bit more write up on the main Coleman keepers thread.

Now that is a great looking stove, but my hot dogs might slip through the grates.
