So there is the guy at the fleamarket I go to and he is trying to corner the market on Coleman and camping stuff.

Thats my turf!

And he has decided that all the stuff is going to have EBAY prices. So he goes around real early and buys stuff cheap and tries to sell it for the super inflated prices and I said "Dude this is a fleamarket not Ebay".

He gone learn. 8)

And another thing. I have been on a mission to make all my lanterns work. I have 15 to go. I have been running into alot of bad check valves lately and almost all of them are due to people running RUG (Regular Unleaded Gasoline) in the lanterns. Dont do, dont do it, do not do that, ever! RUG will ruin your stuff.

There is no such thing as dual fuel. Its a lie, plain and simple. Coleman knows it, campers know it. There is only Coleman fuel - thats it.

If you go over to the CCF they will have your mind spinning over all the chemicals they burn in the GPAa ( Gas Pressure Appliance). They are mostly sick over there. Way sicker than me. Just sayin If you go be careful because when you come back you will not be the same innocent person you were before.

AND at the IRG? Is it for sure? I didn't think that was going to happen. I'm not attending the Dam, but I may have one ready for the IRG. Are the weights and measures info posted anywhere? Doug

I totally agree about NOT running running gas in ANY lantern! Besides that the Ethanol in the gas will rot out any rubber rubber seals real quick!
Ugh... I am so over this winter it's NOT funny... got an inch of snow again last night. I'm itching to go out and play in the dirt! I can almost see the garden through the sea of tomato and pepper plants in my window and green house. :D

Yes Doug for sure. I talked with Joanie and Dean said it was cool. I will post a new racing thread to give all the details. 8)

something up with ethanol it wont' explode and nether will todays starter fluid you got to go to your john deere dealer and get the good style starter fluid to get starter fluid that will explode in order to use it to remount tires on wheels in the shop.

Hallelujah! :D Didn't want you to hijack your own thread.....so I'll do it for you!!

For those coming to the IRG 5.0.....The IRG SUMMER NATIONALS ARE BACK (with a modification)

Kirk has volunteered to bring his track and do a PINEWOOD derby racing gig for the event. :applause:
Thank you, Kirk!
We leave it up to him to set-up, define R & R's, and moderate this race. Look to him for the particulars of this event, as we can attest to how 'driven' he can become.... :R

In the past we had a blast doing a "Teardrop" Derby at the IRG, so if you enjoyed doing that, here is your chance to race again......this time put your imagination to work to create your Pinewood racer. (I bet some of you even have a few put away from your Boy Scout days) Let's see what you rev up for racing :pictures:
