Bubba, is the guy sitting on Jim's bike...he lives nest door to the shop and builds some VERY hot racing lawn mowers and bar stools...he is also an EMT, which is very handy to have around...

Eggbert ( in my album ) is a motorcycle cargo teardrop on a 40 x 48 hf frame. I built him primarily as a primitive teardrop trailer building experiment. I spent $ 345.00 and most of that was the frame and the bike hitch. I learned a lot and made a few mistakes that I will not repeat on my 5x10 build.
We have a 14' Ritz set permanently at a camp ground and eggbert was designed to haul firewood , food and beverage to the sight or an occasional tent camping outing. He is not finished the steel roof is now installed and will be painted to match the bike. The osb ( showing) sides will be wrapped in luan or sequencia panel (FRP). 3'" cedar trim halo is cut and ready to install. He will be at Turkey Run in May. :D

:) Glad you like it. Miriam, it has independent torsion axels. Was so well liked around here that I had to draw up a set of plans for it. Thats part of them in the pic....Madjack, Does the name fit like its suppose to?

Hey smokey, ye it is quite a bike. I built it from scratch and e-bay. Did all except the paint myself..too many features to list here, but it has been in three shows this year and got peoples choice three times. As far as the trailer goes, it can sport a flatbed, stakebed, or cargo box all on the same frame.Pretty versitile, had lots of comments on it.
