Yesterday was a slow day, I pre-drilled all the hole in the roof edge mldg and cut to length. Today I plan on laying down the aluminum on the roof, I will just use a sealant on the outer edges and a few temporary screws while it sets up...

Ok Happy Easter to all, I did get the roof laid down with sealant and temporary screws. The sealant will set up within 24-48hrs. So this week I will get the end caps powder coated and final welding of the tongue and A-Frame braces.

Today I will work on hooking up my 12volt wiring to fixtures/switches and outlets. Then move on to securing the roof vent in place. I will try to check off the list as each day passes, I hope.

Ok the final welding of the A-frame and tongue are complete. I need to run the wires through the frame, mount the coupler, hang the suspension and locate the axle....still waiting for wheels and fenders.

Slick!

Any reason why you didn't extend the 'A' part of the tongue out further?

I only wanted it out enough for a storage box on the front, with 1/4'' thick tongue and 3/16''thick A -frame its a plenty. I figure when done the dry weight should come in at 600lbs./900lbs loaded.approx.
