Stack'em up.
Seems like I used a slow setting glue at the joints.

Pocket screws and screws from the bottom, 16" oc.

No picture of headliner, but i flew it on by myself, in less than 20- minutes.
I have extensions for the forklift.

Spars 1 X2" poplar. could have used cedar to save weight.
Oz's add up.

Headline was a little over 11' long, the black strip at the top of the curve , is a fiberglass roofing membrane,(like drywall mesh), holding the 1/8" bb together.
There's two Joints.

Clamps are holding the fall, from the inter panels, to make a dado effect, locking in the spars.
