Thanks so much everyone!!! They're going to have to widen the door jams here at work to accommodate my swelled head from all this praise!!

Cliff, the rock guard is attached with screws also, butyl tape around all the edges and 5200 in the screw holes, except along the bottom. It attached through the frame there so I used bolts and it has a strip of solid rubber gasketing behind it along the bottom. I was very nervous about the exposed edge of the 1/8" plywood roofing down at that edge because I just wasn't sure I got the edge sealed completely up underneath. This way it is completely protected behind the rock guard. I just had to make sure there was no way for water to get behind the rock guard.

I'm sure it must seem that I have gone overboard worrying about water damage, but we live in a very wet climate here. We have some years when I don't think Seattle has anything on us as far as rain. Better to be overcautious now and not have to worry later.

And I misspoke earlier. I said it had been a year and a half since I started, but I just looked at the first page of my journal and my first entry was on August 27, 2011, so that's actually 20 months. Wow, time really does fly when you're having fun!!

Becky what tongue box did you use? What are the dimensions? It looks like one I want to buy. Let me know. Thanks so much!

Melven, it's the light duty Harbor Freight tongue box. Here is the link. http://www.harborfreight.com/35-inch-steel-trailer-tongue-box-66244.html. We like it very much.

Jeff and Laurie, thank you!!

A tongue box has been the most handy accessory to my TD. I have everything in that box. Its like a purse for camping.
