We've decided to put in rope lights under the cabinets in the cabin. Here is how we'll plug them in and also the galley box up in the cabinet in the cabin.

Still deciding on how to do the overhead reading lights so that we can access the connection for the lights and the fan if we have to.
This will be one unit on the ceiling that can be taken down.

Sue, I really prefer a reading light to be behind and over head. On the roof wouldn't give me light where I like it. You might look at some RV's for ideas on how to do them.
