My list has been modified many times.
I use the list as my schedule of things to do, and also, as a history/time line of what i did.

There should be at least another 1,000 steps in there. Each would read: "Install bolt". 8)

I have finished installing the roof.
I used fiberglass tape & epoxy on the seams.
I gave the roof, the front & back 3 coats of epoxy.
Shown below is a photo of the trailer on jacks & the levelers so that I could easily work under the trailer.
I needed to do some caulking and painting under the trailer, and in the wheel wells.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the wheel wells with the first coat of truck bed paint applied.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the edges of the trailer sides & top showing fiberglass tape & epoxy applied.
The edges of the roof were routed with a 1/4" bit.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the horizontal seam at front of the trailer where the front wall meats the curved part of roof.
Fiberglass tape & epoxy were used at this seam, in fact, at all seams.

Image

shown below is a photo of the right side of tongue showing the caulking where tongue meats the body.

Image

shown below is a photo of the left side of tongue showing the caulking where the tongue meats the body, and where the Tow Vehicle cable enters the trailer.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the caulking at the rear receiver.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the installed table leg stand.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the trimetric meter, reading battery voltage.

Image

Shown below is a photo of the installed battery & battery power center.
The +12DCV is connected to a high power switch.
The switch is connected to a 60 amp fuse.
The fuse is connected to the converter.
The -12DCV is connected to a 100m amp shunt.
The shunt is connected to ground buss.
Of course, the trimetric meter wiring is connected to the shunt, and to +12DCV.

Image

I have ordered the bed, and, I still need to order the seat cushions.
I need to paint the outside.
I need to finish building the table.
I need to install the bed platform.
Then, I need to install the windows, Fantastic Vent, outside electrical, the door, and the Air Conditioneer.
I will deal with the water system later.

Shown below is a photo of the table/dinette/bed made up as a table.

Shown below is a photo of the table/dinette/bed made up as a bed.
Bed dimentions are 48" x 76".

I still have to order the cushions.
There will be two cushions that are 22" x 4" x 48", and two cushions that are 16" x 4" x 48".

Two things ...

1. The profile of your trailer is beautiful. You've done an excellent job with the entire thing. Bravo!

2. What year is your Sienna? I love it! We have a Honda Odyssey now, but I love the Sienna.

The Toyota Sienna is a 2011.

It has the 3500 pound tow option.

I have not done any work on the trailer for almost a week.
Tomorrow, the wife & I fly to Maui.
We will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversery.
I will start back to work when we return.

I have sanded and painted with marine one part polyurethane paint.
I used one coat of primer and two coats of paint.
I still have some touch up to do; but, I am basically finished painting.
Shown below is a photo of the trailer after painting:

Next, I will install windows, the door, Fantastic Vent, Air Conditioning, and exterior lights.

Next, I will install the left side windows.
Then, I will install the door, the outside electrical, and the Air Conditioneer.
