I was thinking about using some oak cove molding. I bought several 8' pieces at lowes the other day at 50% off. I used it on the galley sliding door cabinet. :)

Doors look great Larry. On my first build I had a similar gap at the top, and I used some molding, worked out well.

The Bungalette is one fine teardrop. You did a great job on it. Your cabinet looks awesome.

Crown molding is a thought if I have room for it.

Hey Cliff

I was gettin ready to check-in on you but you beat me. I did manage to install the front cabin cabinet and stain the interior. Imma makin some progress I guess. Real soon I'm going to focus on the wiring and hatch. I hope I'll get this critter done before my grandchild is born. My daughters due date is 6-14-11. Aint holdin my breath though, I've been on it since about this time last year.

Larry,

The cabinets look great!

I wouldn't worry about the 1-year anniversary of the start of your build. I'm at 2-1/2 years and counting.

Take care,
Tom

Looks good Larry! Those front cabinets will come in handy.

One thing I learned on first build; and trying to incorporate into my second build, is storage. So, by adding those cabinets; basically using space that would go otherwise unused, I think you will be very happy.

I just wanna get it done before it gets too hot outside.
I have to work in all kinds of weather. On those hot days when I get off work and get in my air conditioned home, I'm spent. Its kinda hard for me to get out of the cool house and into that hot garage.

I'm happy with the cabinets but I'm not so sure about my wife. She is alittle claustrophobic and everytime she looks in the camper she comments on how small it is. She says everytime I look in here it's getting smaller. I hope that doesn't become a problem later down the road. :o

I'm that way too; but, I discovered that once I laid down on a mattress inside (with the roof on and down), all my concerns went away and it felt really comfy. Now, it doesn't seem so small anymore.

You're doing a very nice job, Larry.

Thanks Sharon, I just hope my wife doesn't wig out on our first camping trip in the critter. I think she'll be ok, she's probably just messing with me.
