97056 got these today from the big brown truck :) I ordered them friday around lunch and by end of today (monday) I had them sitting on my porch. Not bad for ground shipping. Gotta say that I will def buy from South County Industrial Supply again. Doug emailed me within a few hours that the windows were out of stock in his shop but being dropp shipped. The web site kinda sucks but if you know the part number from another site you can save some serious bucks! I saved 50 bucks on the pair off of tjtrailer price. Any who that is my speal for this dealer. I plan on doing some work this week :)

Re: The Finley T1 -Update 9/3 Interior cabinets in progress.

Postby finleycraft » Mon Sep 03, 2012 8:54 pm

Labor day.. I labored all day on my trailer :) got the AC box built with a drain line as well. Lined the box with rustoleum's Leak Liner so its all rubbered up. I also got my interior cabinets started. Hopefully tomorrow i'll get a bunch of the galley done as well.

Thank you sir!

I Got a bit more done today in the galley area. Started in on the cabinets. Once the framing is all done for the galley I'll make all the doors. I also ordered my water pump and inline filter so hopefully this weekend I can get some plumbing done. I decided to show y'all my mobile work stations :) Of course they are also in my google gallery if you want to see bigger pics.

Looking good so far.

I see you know how to use your wood clamps. I use so many clamps it is not funny. :?

Don’t rush your build, just bring A Tent to the Crawford camp out. I’m looking forward to meeting you and the other on the forums.

Re: The Finley T1 -Update 9/10 Galley in progress.

Postby finleycraft » Mon Sep 10, 2012 10:11 am

Got some more done this past weekend on the galley. I think it is turning out quite well if I do say so myself. 8) I was able to get most of the plumbing in as well. I have to visit a speciality plubimg store for the sink drain because the hardware stores around here done have the right fittings for my design. Darn threads on the drain are not the right size for PVC threads :x I am hopinh that over the new couple weeks i'll get the cabinets mostly finished off so I can start on the hatch soon.

Well, I got some more of the plumbing in but I ended up moving the trailer into the garage for the winter. I am going to finish up some classes needed for my degree so on pause the trailer will go till spring. I hope that I can do a little bit of work here and there so i can go camping in it next summer.

Re: The Finley T1 -Update 7/7/13 Back in the swing of things

Postby finleycraft » Sun Jul 07, 2013 12:52 am

Well a good 9 months later I finally pulled my trailer out of the garage and started working on it again. I got more of the interior stained and part of the roof installed. I also placed a handful of orders to get me some parts that have been long over due. New wheels, AC/DC Panel box, a fantastic fan, ect. So hopefully this next week we will see some serious progress on the trailer. Maybe by the next meetup I will be done :worship:

I'll post some pics once I take some, but dang it feels good to start back on the trailer.
