Hey mate,
Coming along nicely. Good to place your own personal touches on it. Where would we be without quik grips and clamps. SO much better then the old G clamp,

Good progress !

I really like your idea of using the barrel bolts/nuts
to mount the door so they are easily removable, gives
you more options all the way around.

Just a quick post to show a close up on how the barrel bolts are installed. The Back part of the hinge has
4 holes in it to hold it secure to the TD frame. The hinge run all the way to the door back stop ( yellow
section ). The weather seal was them installed. next I trimmed down the other side for the hinge to clear
the weather seal. Nothing like have the right tool for the job. Small metal cutting bandsaw. The hinge
was 6 foot long and only cost $5.95 at a scrap yard.

The frame itself is made up for 3 trim pieces cut and epoxied in place and to the side wall. The barrel bolts,
trim will never come off again ( I hope )

Man time is flying by.

Got my Dog Bunk completed. I did not get a chance to paint it because of the cold weather. I'm afraid it will
not dry all the way and get paint on my bed when stored in the Teardrop + the fumes. It is pretty well airtight
and seals to the door frame internal 1/2” lip and seal.

There two lag bolts in the top and two at the bottom. After the Dog Bunk is in place and propped up with a
stick a simple wooden block is put on the inside of the bolts and a plastic knob is tightened to secure the bunk
in place.

Look at the little angel. Ha!. took about 7 pictures to get one of her being still and later before I could log in to the forums I had to splice together my internet cable running to the bedroom. Oh well.

Her mom is not that big. Mom is a mix of something and no clue what bread was the dad. :?

hope she likes it. I got a 12-16 day trip planned. You can meet her at the Dam gathering.
