Galley hatch sides ready for spars...
I didn't cover the entire side wall with the 1/8'' spacer and the 1/2'' ply. like Steve Frederick does...
Image
The door seals came in from a horse trailer supplier.. 32 feet for $26.
I ordered enough to do the hatch also..

Looking sweet.

Really nice build so far. Love the AC duct. I was going to do the same on my next one, but I got so many other thing that will be over engineered I will just stick my unit in a hole in the back wall.

Ok I gotta ask. Is your back wall of your shop made out of hay?

Yep.... The 30x60 pole barn is lined on the inside with 300 straw bales then covered with a clay-dirt-straw mixture (adobe)....R50 insulation is the result....

Finally got the galley figured out...We have one of those big refrig. we have been taking camping with our pop-up for some years now so I'm using it... That is why the tall height on the back before I started the radius.....
The refg. opening height is 34'' and the counter height is 36'' from the ground.....I plan on putting the stove on a flip up swing out table...The other swing out will be a sink....
