That's amazing.

Is your outside edge trim L-shaped? I'm scratching my head as to how you did it.

Thanks for the kind and encouraging comments.

Tony, the edge trim is steam bent in two pieces. On top is a wide piece that overhangs the roof. Then another piece is glued on underneath the overhang of the top one. Then they are trimmed to have their edges match. It took a bit for me to figure that one out.

So, I need to have this trailer insured, and I have no Idea what value I should place on it. Do you guys have any advice for me?

Sure, I have saved all my receipts, but that provides no value on the labor done in creating it. I would appreciate any thoughts you might have.

For one off customs, I don't think we can ever really expect to get our labor value out, but shooting from the hip I'd say material x 3, minimum. 2cts.

Wow, you are a good wood worker. All these new trailers when I get mine done will just look like an old idea trailer.

Now I am in a arm sling ripped a tendon in half. I will get my trailer done. Each time I turn around there is a new way to do things or a better cooler.

But you my friend with have folks gathering around to see it.

Make sure you have some anti theft things for it. I plan to put the plate number on top where thieves do not look.

Very Very nice job. have you done any more with the galley or do you plan to leave and as you camp get an idea what you need.

What part of the country do you live. check Tearjuerkers for ideas where to camp. as well as below on the Board.

I am starting work on my Galley now and hope to put the skin on the hatch soon. I work on 5 projects at a time so things go slower. you just whipped it right together.
