Update #7
3-19-16

Sorry for the delay I've been sick and or out of town the last few weekends and haven't had any time to work on the trailer

Today I got a lot of work done and I am really excited to see it coming together
My last update I had just finished the floor and the wiring for the connection to the Tow Vehicle (TV)
Today I was able to finish the floor by laying down a vinyl flooring , my wife picked it out and I think it looks really nice

Next up I start to put up the walls
I didn't take a picture but on the bottom of the wall where it tocuhes the metal part of the trailer frame I coated that in the same black stuff as I did under the floor. In the picture you can see the rear bulk head wall its just 3/4" ply in a dado on the wall.
Image

Here is both walls up on the trailer later I I cut out two holes in the bulk head after I installed it for the galley upper cabinets Image

I forgot to take pics as I was in the zone working away I got the counter installed and the upper cabinets built
Image

Next on the list was the build the face frame for the bottom cabinets of the galley
Image

Here are just some over all pics I took today
Image

I test fitted the door just to see how it would look and I think it's awesome Image
Let me know what you guys think

Update #8
4-10-16

Today I was able to get the interior cabinets installed as well as mock up all the interior components i.e. TV, PD4045, Stereo, etc.. I ran all the wiring and it's a spaghetti mess of wires but its just for test purposes since we are going to be painting the interior cabinets I am going to be removing everything anyways.
I also installed the shore power connector on the side as well as the coax inlet for TV . I forgot to take a whole lot of pictures so I'll just upload what I have

This was the plan for the interior cabinets
Image

Test fitting the face frame of the cabinets
Image

Test fitting the components in the face frame
Image

Cabinets all finally installed
Image

Shore power connector bought it off amazon as well as the coax connector
Image

All the components installed (temporarily) for some testing.. BTW those speakers sounds really good
Image

Plugged her in and everything turned on correctly I was pretty excited when I got that working as I was nervous for the PD4045 wiring
Image

If your are curious how I wired the PD4045 I found this diagram on here from another user and it was super helpful Image

Next step is either cabinet doors or start the hatch

Update #9
4-23-16

So today my goal was to get all the cabinets finished I decided on making simple shaker style cabinet doors , this was my first time making cabinet doors and I am really happy how they turned out , the galley cabinets open normally but the interior cabinets open towards the ceiling
I made them out of 1x4 fir boards I ripped down to 1x2s and then cut a 1/4" groove down the center to accept the plywood center. I made them with traditional styles and rails with mortise and tenons

This was my plan for what I wanted the doors to look like
Image

This was my first glimpse of what they would look like
Image

Bottom doors all finished and hung came out way better than I expected.. Still need the stainless door pulls
Image

Top galley cabinets all finished.
thats not stove installed just the cover to make sure the cabinets have room to open up over it
Image

Interior cabinet doors all finished
Image

I found these hinges at habitat 4 humanity for 50¢ each which was perfect for the over head opening Image

Well that's all for today next on my list is either the ceiling or installing the stove and sink. The stove is off Amazon and the sink I got the idea from a fellow member on here , its a half steam pan 6" deep from a kitchen supplies store that I am going to install a drain in , it was $9 and a typical stainless sink is way more than that Image
Thanks for looking

Looking good! I really like the Shaker style. In fact, I just ordered Shaker style doors and drawer fronts. Wish I had the skill to build them like you did. Bryan

Thanks man I really appreciate it, I have never done cabinet doors before and all I used was a table saw I just watched a few videos and made a practice door and went for it

looks great Hartk.

you are making great progress. I like the cabinet doors. you are giving me the confidence to try that myself. although I am in a time crunch as I move in two months. so I need to get the exterior together then I can add finishing touches.

how is your weight coming out? I am trying to make mine lightweight, but it looks like yours is coming together faster...
