We were not nearly as fancy as you today... Just baby back ribs on the smoker...

Here's a shot, just as they are leaving the smoker and headed for the table. the piece on the far left is how the slab looked with the memphis dust, before I sliced them up...

 :D

I sure will! These ribs were supposed to smoked two weeks ago. Had them prepped, seasoned, then they ended up vac packed and into the freezer!

Great looking BB ribs! Wish you were next door so I could have a plate while the spares finish!

Nice ribs Mike.
Hard to get good ribs down under, most places sell shiners and they want 20 bucks plus a kg for them.

Since I know that my teardrop won't be done for this camping season. I went ahead and ordered up a new tent. It's a 12x16 Canvas Wall Tent by Draper Tents in Meridian Idaho. Should be ready in 4-5 weeks. We will be tent camping in style until the tear drop is done. Heck I could even use the tent as a tear drop build facility!

I already have a wood stove, not as fancy as the one in the photo. Camping in a wall tent is awesome. Nice and toasty when there's a fire burning. Mother Nature wakes you up when it's time to put more wood on the fire!
